Dressed in nothing more than Jimmy Choo spike heels and a single piece of Cartier jewelry, Jenna Jameson is the single adult star in a constellation of beautiful and successful women who have posed in the nude in Elton John’s new book “Four Inches” from Scriptum publishers. The book was created as a fundraiser for the Elton John AIDS Foundation.
