Killroy Brings Anarchy to Memorial Day Weekend with Corbin Bowl Show

(Hollywood, CA) Sunday, May 24th, multi-award-winning, prolific director and old-school punk rock bassist Jim Powers (aka Jim Lane) and punk rock band Killroy are playing their third show of 2026. They’re back at the Bar 10 at Corbin Bowl for the one-day event Punk Rock No-Tap Smash Bowling Show during Memorial Day Weekend—it’s a music festival with a bowling tournament.
The Punk Rock No-Tap Smash Bowling Show is the music festival everyone is talking about. Seven bands are playing the event, and one is Killroy. Original Killroy members Jim Lane, Tom De Spain, Eric Troop, and drummer Doug Polito from the 80s are back. Get ready to party like it’s 1984 and slam dance to the band’s classic tracks and new material. Also bringing the chaos are Sloppy Seconds, The Freeze, Pulley, Guilty by Association, The Afraid, and Color TV.
“You know you’re in for a good time when PBR is the sponsor. This is the best way to spend the Sunday of your long three-day weekend. There’s nothing more fun than one of our shows with slam dancing, grown men dressed as chickens, and lots of other wild happenings. We’ll also have t-shirt giveaways and some other surprises—see you there!” says Jim Powers.
Doors open at 3pm, and the show starts at 4pm. The Corbin Bowl is located at 19616 Ventura Blvd. in Tarzana.
