-Reader Email of the week-

Nigel Writes: Hey Rog. Great site & love the interviews. I’m curious though- why don’t review some of the people you aren’t so mad about? Sure it’s great to hear what Aurora Snow and Tom Byron have to say, but what about Max Hardcore, Michael Raven, Alexa Rae or The Kerkoves? Why not interview them?

Rog Replies: Nigel. Thanks for the kind words. I’ve interviewed a few people who weren’t really wild about me, or so I thought. When I interviewed Zupko, I had only reviewed Anal Ball (Anal Ball Review) and I didn’t expect him to take too kindly. As it turns out, Zupko is not as thin skinned as some others. I interviewed Rob Black at a time when I was hyper-critcal of his work and of course there was Kahn Tusion. As for the people you listed, I have tried. I’ve made requests for an interview with Max for at least five years. I’ve made the requests via email and in person. I’m extending the invitation again right now. Cherry Mirage once told me that she nearly had Max convinced to do it, but she vanished. (Hmmm, makes you wonder.) Michael Raven? We actually were going to do one at CES two years ago, but he was too busy and we never re-scheduled. Alexa Rae was supposed to get back to me and I never heard from her. The Kerkoves? We had one sort of planned for the Vegas this past January, but they were both too busy the two times I came back. The invitation has been out there and it still is. I wouldn’t count on it though. In short, I’ll interview anyone I want. If I have said bad things about them, the mike is open to them to tell me off, whatever they want.
-Speaking of interviews, I have a new one with Jewel De’Nyle up. Jewel De’Nyle Interview Enjoy everyone. Michael Stefano is coming up later in the week.
