Good Eye Candy & Updates
It’s just about time for the weekend and I’ve got a few things to talk about today. Some good, some funny and some…well, some just too good to pass up.
Thanks for the kind wishes about my mom. The doctor’s say that after the surgery she should be doing just fine. I’m a man of faith and that faith extends to a belief that the doctors will their best and everything will come out just fine. Someone do me a favor and take some good pictures of jssica, Stormy and the other hot Wicked babes at the party on Tuesday.

New Mega-Babe Alert: Last week Robby D sent me over a shot of the new Digital Playground contract girl Shay Jordan. That shot is included here so you can drool over it. I got my first look at Shay in action in Sexual Freak 2: Teagan and WOW. It’s a hot movie with Teagan stealing most of the spotlight of course. Even up against long odds, Shay manages to find a way to shine. She does a great schoolgirl scene and if this is how she starts her career, we can only imagine how big a star she may become. Enjoy Shay Jordan and share the obsession. (I swear this picture has been on my desktop for more than two weeks straight. I can’t stop staring.)

Political Fun: So this was really interesting. At the same time the political hit and hates are chumming the water with “vote count problems” even before the elections take place we get a stunning vote from the House. (Side Note: Is it me or is this kind of preemptive whining a pretty good indication that they expect to loose in a few weeks?) So vote fraud is an issue, yet voting along party lines the Dems actually voted down a bill that would require some form of ID from those folks who show up at the polls. For the full story Read Yahoo News Story. In a nutshell, the Dems claim that the bill amounts to a “poll tax” since some people can’t afford a state ID card. Good point I guess, but the bill requires the states to provide these IDs free to those who can’t afford them. So what’s really at work here? I’ve worked the polls several times and it would take several pages for me to discuss how easy it would be to cast fraudulent votes. Something as simple as showing a drivers license or state ID card would be a huge help. It’s pretty much a common sense issue so why the opposition? Who walks around without ID? More to the point, who do they want voting who won’t be able to produce the required ID? Look guys, you either want to make sure that votes are counted accurately and do something about voter fraud or you don’t. Maybe the hate/whine sites should double check with the folks in the House before passing out their talking points for the day.

I keep reading that AVN has been sold to Playboy. Since nothing has been confirmed and I don’t have the same sources calling me to confirm it, it’s just speculation. I won’t fuel that fire, but if it is true, one has to wonder what Playboy would do with the mag and what changes that might bring about. Love them or hate them, AVN is still a major institution in this industry and that would be a huge move. For the record, if Playboy wants to buy RogReviews, I’m certainly open to taking a huge check if Playboy or Hustler or someone wants to write it. Quick poll question. How many of you believe that the sale is real and then if it is real, how many of the top people there will survive.
