Review:

This toy really interested us. We have tried vibrating cock rings before and found them to be very pleasurable. They allow the kind of stimulation she loves while leaving our hands free for other things. The Crystal Rider has that element built in so we were intrigued to say the least.

This soft, stretchy sleeve works on three levels to enhance pleasure for him and for her. (Or him and him I suppose.) It slips right over a hard cock (with the help of some lube) adding girth and texture. The sleeve is fairly thin, but thick enough to “increase stamina” (which seems to be code for reduce feeling for him.) and it comes with a small vibrating stimulator positions for clitoral vibration. This part of the unit can be set for constant vibration or will vibrate on contact.

From His Perspective: The sleeve is very tight as one would expect. Some lube is needed to help guide it into place. If feels like a bulky condom with no tip and makes me feel like an extra in a sci-fi porn parody. It is good for the stamina as advertised. It drastically cuts down on stimulation which isn’t great from my end. I can see where it would be useful though for couples looking to make the experience last longer. The vibrating portion of the toy is well positioned and the sensor worked well for vibration on contact. It really worked for her and it doesn’t feel bad on my end either. If there is a drawback, it would be that the sleeve was tight and dulled my sensation. I’m also not entirely sure how much she liked the sleeve. Perhaps it just takes some getting used to.

From Her Perspective: Hubby got it right on most counts. His junk did look a little bit like a futuristic robo-penis. Nothing wrong with that except for the fact that I am not a fan of textured toys inside of me. I prefer smooth and soft like the real thing. The ribbed texture of the Crystal Rider is not hard, so we gave it at try. We used a lot of lube, but it still felt very odd. I’m used to the feeling of my man inside of me and this was noticeably thicker. That part isn’t bad though I have no complaints. The texture wasn’t bad at all. I’m still not a fan though so that part was minimally pleasurable for me. It will be more useful to a woman who wants thicker and really likes the ribbed texture. The stimulator on the other hand was awesome. It looks like the tip of a Pocket Rocket which we use all the time, and was perfectly positioned just above the base of hubby’s junk. The vibe on contact thing was nice as a starter. It’s also great tease material. The biggest problem we have found with these “on contact” vibrating units is that during rigorous love making, the speed of the strokes often leads to just enjoy lag on the vibe to leave it just a beat behind. No a huge problem of course because this one allows for constant vibration when the time is right. That is when this thing really becomes fantastic. With the solid vibration in the just the right spot, our hands are free to touch, clench or stimulate other areas instead of having to break a wrist keeping the Pocket Rocket in place.

Overall we found the Maximum Enhancement System Crystal Rider to be very well designed, easy to use, easy to clean and mostly effective. We loved the vibrating stimulator, but the bulk and texture was of minimal importance. Your results may vary, but this toy gets our strong seal of approval for couples who really like intense clitoral vibration during intercourse.
