Just a little weekend activity recommendation for those of you in the LA area.

Those of you in the LA area this weekend looking for something to do might want to take a look at the Liberty Film Festival. (www.libertyfilmfestival.com) Some of the “conservative” films might be a little much, but there are a couple of very interesting projects on the schedule. On Saturday, Larry Elder’s answer to Bowling for Columbine “Michael & Me” is showing. I have wanted to see this one for a long time, but Mrs. Rog and I are spending the afternoon checking out “Movin’ Out” instead. I am going to head over on Sunday to finally see “Michael Moore Hates America.” I have been following this project on www.michaelmoorehatesamerica.com) It will be nice to see the end result. If you can’t make it to the movie then check out the web site and view the trailer. It looks hilarious and with Moore’s F 9/11 hitting stores on Tuesday, this is a perfect time to have it held up to the light and exposed for the piece of……yeah we will leave it there just to be nice to Mikey.
