NEW SENSATIONS/ DIGITAL SIN RECEIVE 25 NOMINATIONS FOR THE 2019 XBIZ AWARDS!
Jacky St. James’ Romance ‘Love In the Digital Age’ Earns 7 Nominations, Including Couples Release of the Year!
New Sensations/Digital Sin received 25 combined nominations for the 2019 XBIZ Awards, including Studio of the Year. Among its honored films, the acclaimed romantic-comedy “Love In the Digital Age” leads with seven nominations, including Couples-Themed Release of the Year.
Written and directed by Jacky St. James, “Love In the Digital Age” marks the celebrated filmmaker’s triumphant return to romance and the first release for New Sensations Romance since 2014’s multi-award winning “Second Chances.”

“Love In the Digital Age†stars Gia Paige as Sara, an internet-obsessed millennial, who on a dare, gives up her smart phone and social media and discovers love is far more rewarding when your head is out of the cloud.
Paige’s portrayal of Sara puts her in the running for Best Actress in a Couples-Themed Release. Logan Pierce, who plays her once embittered love interest, is also nominated for Best Actor in the category. The duo’s heated love scene earns them an additional nomination for Best Sex Scene.
Co-stars Kenna James and Small Hands are up for Best Supporting Actress and Best Supporting Actor for their respective roles as Sara’s internet-addicted best friend, Lizzie, and Lizzie’s heartbreaking hookup, Jeremy. In addition, Mona Wales, who plays Lizzie’s mom, and Marcus London, her online match, score a Best Sex Scene nomination too.
Directors Eddie Powell and Paul Woodcrest are recognized with Director of the Year honors for their body of work and non-feature productions, including New Sensations’ “He Came Inside My Hotwife 4,” nominated for Vignette Release of the Year, and “Schoolgirls Like It Hard,” up for Vignette Series of the Year.
Digital Sin’s artistic all-girl imprint The Lesbian Experience earned a nomination for All-Girl Release of the Year for “A Lesbian Seduction,” starring superstar Lana Rhoades. The studio also received nods for “A Stepfather’s Desire” and “She Likes It Rough 2” in the Taboo Release of the Year and Vignette Release of the Year categories, respectively.
