In Part Two of the 2015 AVN Awards Podcast, we get started on some categories. First we deal with some feedback from our pal Don Houston of XCrtici.com. He has some thoughts on streaming screeners and edgy porn from B Skow. From there we cover Best All Girl Performer (Pondering whether such a category is necessary) and Best BBW Performer (Something I like). Finally we hit Best Actor and Best Actress. Bonnie Rotten is pulling double duty in this XXX parody. By playing the lead and directing the flick, Bonnie’s footprint is all over this one. She is no stranger to taking an iconic mainstream role played by a male and flipping the gender.
2014 has been quite a year for Aaliyah Love. She’s gone from rising star to adult star with the relaunch of her website and countless movie titles released, along with her yet another showcase film, “Aaliyah Love Vol. 1†from Naughty America, and her breakout role as Roslyn Rosenfeld in Smash Pictures’ parody “American Hustle XXXâ€.
I watched this movie almost a year ago at award time. I was super impressed then and watching it again now, I am even more blown away. The writing and acting in this movie are among the best I have seen in years. The two leads, Remy LaCroix and Xander Corvus are perfect.
It’s not often that a pop singing group gets their own Broadway hit musical and Hollywood movie showcasing their rise to stardom but it’s even more remarkable to get a porn parody movie released about their explosive career as well.

X-Play has wrapped principal production of Jersey Boys XXX the Porn Musical which is scheduled for a late September release. The musical comedy parody will star an energetic cast of talented actors and actresses singing, dancing and having sex amidst a backdrop of live concerts, rehearsal hall drama, recording studio intrigue and non-stop action.
Stormy Daniels takes us back to school with this little drama. My school days were a roller coaster of angst, sexual tension, fear and tater tots, but nothing at all like what Xander Corvus goes through. He’s a lucky guy getting to spend some up close and naked time with his hot teacher (Stormy). He also catches the eye of the possibly dangerous new girl played by Casey Calvert.
Tommy Pistol has already played Pee Wee Herman and Travis Bickle in porn parodies. For his latest role, he takes on the swingingest secret agents ever. The Austin Powers movies were hugely popular and unbelievably successful. How will that translate to XXX parody? Pretty well to be honest. I’ve never been a fan of the original, but the porn version has just enough humor to make it fun.
Since getting behind the camera, Kimberly Kane has produced some interesting porn. This time out she gives us a gritty adult film with a heavy dose of pulp and even heavier load of camp. Skin Diamond is a pretty girl with a checkered past.
Austin Powers XXX: A Porn Parody makes its debut from the world’s leading adult film company, Vivid Entertainment, when it became available on Vivid.com. It will be in stores nationwide on Feb. 25.
