Southern gentleman and multi-award-winning creator and adult entertainer Derek Kage received multiple impressive 2026 XMA nominations as a performer, for his scene work, and in the fan-voted categories.

Leilani Li Takes Home Red X Trophy for 2nd Year in a Row

Known for her ALT yet exotic look, hot curvy body, and charm, multi-award-winning international content creator and versatile performer Leilani Li was up for Sexiest Trans Star, which she won last year, and Transgender Performer of the Year, in the 2025 Urban X Awards. And on Sunday night, she took home her second red X trophy for the second year in a row.
