For many in the adult movie business, the day they announce the AVN Award nominations is much like the morning when they announce the Academy Awards or the Golden Globe hopefuls. Actors, producers, directors and company executives await the announcement with great anticipation hoping their project or star is in the running for a coveted trophy which often boosts interest in a film and saves careers.
Three’s definitely the charm for Petite Powerhouse Jenna J Ross. She has been nominated for her performance with Kiera Winters & Lola Foxx in Web Young’s “Three’s a Charmâ€. The scene is up for an AVN Awards nomination for Best All-Girl Group Sex Scene.
Dana Vespoli sits down at a long table of food donning her pilgrim hat later this week, she’ll have plenty to be thankful for and that includes 19 more nominations for the 2015 AVN Awards. Add to that her two in the previously-announced fan voting categories and she has a total of 21, five more than she had for the 2014 AVN Awards.
Award winning actor and radio and Internet host James Bartholet has received a 2015 AVN Award for “Best Non Sex Acting Performance” for his role as Rockin’ Rick in Jonathan Morgan’s “On The Air” for Wicked Pictures.

Homegrown Video garnered six total nominations for the upcoming 2015 AVN Awards, including a nom for Best Marketing Campaign – Company Image. Returning to The Joint in Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Las Vegas on Saturday, January 24, 2015, the AVN Awards celebrates the biggest and brightest in adult entertainment.
Production has begun on New Sensations’ sequel to its 2012 award-winning BDSM blockbuster “The Submission of Emma Marx.” Produced under the studio’s “Erotic Stories” shingle, the project is helmed by award-winning writer/director Jacky St. James and toplined by Penny Pax and Richie Calhoun, reprising their roles as D/s contractually bonded lovers Emma Marx and Mr. Frederick.
