Braun’s Modern Superhero Classic Continues to Soar as Mainstream Version Tanks with Critics

Wicked Comix is pleased to announce that legendary director Axel Braun’s award winning two-disc DVD Batman v Superman XXX: An Axel Braun Parody is continuing to leap tall buildings of commercial and critical acclaim with a single bound. While the sexy, special effects-laden saga has been a hit since its June 15th debut, sales of the title have spiked dramatically as audiences across the globe geared for this weekend’s theatrical release of Zack Snyder’s Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, as have views of the movie on Wicked.Com.

Peter Pan XXX: An Axel Braun Parody

Axel Braun is the undisputed XXX parody king right now. He has given us a string of great comic book and fairy tale parodies to enjoy. The latest Axel Braun fairy tale parody is another great one. This time he takes us to Neverland with Peter Pan (Ryan Ryder) Wendy (Keira Nicole) Tinkerbell (Riley Steele) and Captain Hook (Steven St Croix).

Batman Vs. Superman XXX

This is an early favorite for parody of the year. Why wouldn’t it be? Axel Braun seems to win this award every year. This epic DC comic parody seems tailor made for more trophies. To make matters better, it’s worth the attention and accolades. My biggest complaint about Braun’s work (and most in the genre lately) is that they are all costume and no story. That is not a problem here.

Proud Parents

For his latest feature, B Skow stays close to home. This movie is about porn stars and how they handle what they do when it comes right back home to roost. Shot documentary style, Proud Parents traces the story of Casey Calvert‘s first time on a porn set.

B. Skow’s ‘Proud Parents’ Sells Out in Two Weeks

The obituary for the DVD has been written many times, but to paraphrase Mark Twain, the reports of its death have been greatly exaggerated. Just ask director B. Skow. His latest movie, Proud Parents (Skow for Girlfriends), just released May 27 and already the warehouse at Girlfriends is completely devoid of the discs. On Monday afternoon, one worker thought he’d seen a loose copy over by the stairwell, but when he went to retrieve it, it was gone.

Riley Goes Gonzo

Riley Steele has gone gonzo. That’s kind of bid news my friends. For those of you who may not be aware, Riley Steele has been one of the biggest contract stars in adult movies for the past few years. We have seen her do some great work for Digital Playground.

Wolverine XXX

The latest comic book icon to get the Axel Braun porn treatment is Wolverine. Tommy Gunn plays the indestructible, sideburn sporting, steel clawed bad ass. He does a pretty good job and looks the part. As has become customary for Braun’s work, the costumes, look and feel of the movie works quite well. There is plenty of comic book fantasy appeal even if you are only a moderate fan of X-Men.

Meow 3

Jenna Haze is back, behind the camera that is. She directs her third all-girl title and even pops in for a little non sex role. To celebrate this five hour all-girl fuck fest, Jenna has invited sixteen of the cutest babes in the biz. The action is very well shot with a ton of eye candy and tease footage. Obviously this movie is going to play better for people who like girl on girl sex.

Pin Up Girls 7

Girlfriends Films has perfected the art of all-girl porn. This line focuses on classic pin up style clothes, hair and make up. If you like this style, then the series is a must see. They have even come up with a little story to go with it. The sex is typical of GF stuff. Lots of kissing, gentle touching and toy-free lesbian sex.

Vicarious

This is a very interesting movie. It’s an all-girl POV flick directed by Bobbi Starr. She is everyone’s favorite performer turned director and clearly makes her co-stars happy they showed up for work. The POV camerawork is good and quite interesting. It does offer us very similar action in every scene, so keep that in mind. The cast is hot and somewhat eclectic.
