Jewels Jade Takes Control With Her Original ‘Bad Boss’ Series
The veteran entertainer moves toward producing and owning her work while bringing comedy, character, and classic feature-style storytelling back to adult entertainment
CHICAGO, IL — Veteran entertainer, producer, and entrepreneur Jewels Jade is taking greater control of her career with Bad Boss, an original adult comedy series that places her both in front of the camera and increasingly behind it. After completing three installments, Jade is continuing the series, hiring performers, and shaping the sexually charged workplace scenarios, all while retaining ownership of the finished content. The project reflects her determination to invest directly in her business after watching collaborations circulate widely while delivering only a fraction of their potential value. “I need to invest in my business and own my content,” Jade says. “I’m having a lot of fun creating these very funny scenes.”
Bad Boss also allows Jade to reconnect with the feature-driven productions and storylines she enjoyed when she entered the industry in 2001. Built around a deliberately outrageous fantasy involving job opportunities offered by lascivious bosses with hidden sexual intentions, the series focuses on humor to drive the suggestive plots forward. Jade plans to continue appearing in the project while gradually expanding her role as a producer, combining decades of experience with a sharper focus on creative independence, efficient production, and long-term ownership. “I kind of want to bring the past back a little bit and have some fun with porn,” she says.
