Derek Kage WINS His 1st TEAs Trophy

(Hollywood, CA) Southern gentleman and multi-award-winning creator and adult entertainer Derek Kage can now add Trans Erotica Awards (TEAs) award-winning to his growing list of accolades. He won his first trophy from the TEAs on Sunday night.
On Sunday night, the glitzy and glamorous TEAs, complete with multiple star-studded red carpets, happened at the Avalon in Hollywood, and the turnout was tremendous. Derek Kage missed the red carpet but made the ceremony after being on set all day. Derek went into the ceremony with multiple nominations for his scene work and for Best Non-TS Male Performer. He ended up walking away with the Best Non-TS Male Performer trophy and gave an impassioned speech that really resonated with the crowd—he thanked them for welcoming him into the industry and community.
“I was really floored when I heard my name called. I’m so happy to be part of this community, and winning this award means a lot to me. Thank you to every trans performer I’ve worked with, as well as the studios and directors—it’s an honor to work with all of you. And thank you to everyone at Grooby for putting on this event and letting us come together,” says Derek Kage.
