MixedX Breaks Reality Open with The Other Memory
(Los Angeles, CA / February 20, 2026) – MixedX announces the release of The Other Memory, a haunting emotional drama that explores grief, loss and the fragile line between comfort and letting go.
Written and directed by Zsolt Abraham, the film follows Candee as she arrives at a lakeside house with her lover Zazie Skymm and begins to sense something is wrong. Strange clues convince her the place holds a past she cannot recall. The truth soon emerges that Zazie is an artificial intelligence built from her lost partner and the house is a therapeutic simulation for her grief. Candee must choose between staying in the illusion or returning to the real world where Zazie will disappear.
“The Other Memory is about the quiet, devastating choice between holding on and truly healing,” said Abraham. “I wanted to explore how the past can feel safer than reality, and how love sometimes asks us to let go rather than stay. Candee and Zazie’s story highlights the human fear of moving forward when the past still feels alive.
