With all of Hollywood preparing for the Oscars this weekend, there was a big party of a different sort just a few blocks down from the Kodak Theater. Some of porn’s hottest stars were on hand for the premiere of Digital Playground’s new movie “Loaded.” The event took place at Cinespace off of Hollywood Boulevard, a club well suited for a gathering and screening. It has a really comfortable screening room, two bars and a semi-outdoor patio for smoking where a red carpet was set up for photo ops.
When I arrived, I was given my press kit including the DVD of the film. (I reviewed the VHS version last week and you read that review at Loaded Review) The poster for the movie was all over the place and had some great quotes from several other sites, though mine didn’t quite make the cut. I found the bar and got myself a cold beer to enjoy while I looked around for a friendly face or two. Kevin Moore of StunningCurves.com and Adam from SearchExtreme.com were on hand to help me get caught up on what’s going on around Porn Valley. Adam and I discussed the brilliance of John Stagliano and he confessed that I had helped convert him over the wonders of Kaitlyn Ashley. Luke Ford was also around, exchanging news and well wishes near the bar. I also saw Katie Morgan who came up to me and gave me a big hug. What a wonderful greeting that was. The lovely Ms. Morgan promised that we will see her Rog T Shirt shots soon. (Very soon Katie.)

From the second story smoking patio, we could watch the stars arrive via limo and prepare for their moment on the red carpet. Barrett Blade, Eric Masterson and Brittney Skye all made their entrances and posed for pictures. Director Nic Andrews showed up with a lovely brunette (Lisa Marie I believe) on his arm. At last it was time for main attraction, Digital Playground contact star Jesse Jane. She looked beautiful as always in a very tight blue dress that had her amazing chest overflowing for all to enjoy. Jesse knows how to pose and had the place lit up with lighting fast flashes from a number of cameras. Her acting skills would be on display during the movie, but during the photo shoot, Jesse proved to be perfect eye candy. (Note the photos as proof.)
With the V.I.P.s now on site, everyone moved into the screening room so that the movie could begin. In the milling crowd I ran into my good buddy Mari Possa. Mari and I go way back to when she was working as Seymore Butts’ receptionist and posed for some Rog Rules shots. Now that she is a full-blown porn star, Mari is quite popular and attracted quite a bit of attention. She was with another Seymore-fave, squirting sensation, Flower. Both girls looked great and quickly posed for a few pictures before rushing off to get their seats.

Just behind Mari and Flower came Jay Ashley and Aurora Snow. Ms. Snow slipped into the ladies room and Jay called me over. He told me that Aurora would be “very pleased to speak with me” and asked me to wait a moment. When she came out, we talked briefly about her new movies at Sin City (Perverted Tales was cool) and her web site. I snapped a couple of pictures and then Jay made an announcement. “You have to take the stuff about you guys being married off your site.” He said, holding up Aurora’s hand to show me a new ring. The couple is engaged and that is great news for Jay, not such great news for Rog. Now I will have to find a new girl to replace Aurora as my next wife? Anyone have any ideas? Any volunteers?
Watching the movie on a big screen was pretty interesting. I’ve never actually seen porn like this and “Loaded” is the kind of movie that looks really good in a larger format. Jesse also looks even better when her perfect body is displayed in such a larger-than-life manner. I’m not sure, but it seemed like Jesse’s date, Mike South (MikeSouth.com) was getting awfully close to her during the sex scenes.

After the movie I mingled a bit, though everyone knows that this is not my strong suit. I finally got to meet Robert Lombard of Digitla G and spoke with him for a while. He has a lot of interesting projects in the works and we can all look forward to seeing them. I got to spend a lot of time talking with Tod Hunter (Tod-Hunter.net. He is doing some reviews again and we can expect to see a lot more from his web site very soon. I ran into Erik Everhard at the bar and though he was constantly being harassed by hot women, we were able to get in a few words. If all goes well, Everhard and Mike John will be joining me this week for some food, a few beers and a double interview that should bring us up to date with what is going on over at Red Light District. Rounding out my evening was a brief discussion with Carley Milne (PornBlography.com)about that little web award I won.
Overall the evening was a great success. The party was excellent, the movie was impressive and Jesse Jane stole the show. Anyone who thinks that porn lacks a real “star” these days just hasn’t seen this blonde strut her stuff.
