Yeah, I know squat about software….

I’m looking for a simple program to mix some audio clips. I’ve been working on a little net-radio thing and want to cut some music together. I just need something I can record clips to, cut them, add some fades or what not. I probably have something already on my system, but does anyone have any thoughts?
