“Mom Swap Treatment: Little Puck Is a Very Dirty Therapist” opens with Brittany Andrews and her stepson, Sage Roux, having a counseling session with therapist Puck. What surprises the patients is that Puck’s stepson, Jayden Marcos, is with her in the session. Puck explains to Brittany and Sage that the big issue she’s noticed is tension between stepmothers and stepsons, and how much they simply want to fuck each other. That’s why she has Jayden in the session—to help demonstrate exactly why that’s the case. What starts as an unconventional therapy session soon turns into a four-way orgy. But, will the therapy be successful?
