Atlanta, GA — Starship Enterprises, one of the Southeast’s most iconic pleasure retail brands, is proud to announce an updated executive leadership team, marking a new chapter of strategic growth, operational excellence, and people-centered leadership. Built almost entirely from within, this newly structured executive group reflects Starship’s long-standing commitment to developing talent, celebrating diverse leadership paths, and creating a workplace where passion, integrity, and performance thrive.
As Starship continues expanding its 21-store footprint across the Southeast while strengthening its e-commerce, private-label, and operational infrastructure, this leadership evolution positions the company for its next phase of sustainable, values-driven growth.
Meet Starship’s Executive Leadership Team
Kelly Rogers
CEO, President, Owner & CFO
Kelly Rogers continues to lead Starship as CEO, President, Owner, and CFO, overseeing the full executive leadership team while setting the company’s strategic direction and long-term growth initiatives. Kelly plays a central role in new store development, expansion strategy, and building the operational and technological infrastructure that supports Starship’s continued success.
In addition to executive leadership, Kelly oversees internal and external accounting, legal functions, IT, and software systems. His background in law enforcement, IT, and security systems gives him a rare combination of operational discipline and technology-driven problem-solving that has helped Starship navigate both regulatory and economic challenges.
Kelly began working with Starship in 1997, providing IT and security services, before officially partnering with founder Huff in 2001. Under his leadership, Starship has grown to 21 brick-and-mortar stores across the Southeast, primarily in the greater Atlanta area with one in Tennessee — nearly quadrupling the company’s size.
Known throughout the industry for his iconic “Santa” look and his relentless determination, Kelly is deeply family-oriented and committed to building Starship as a legacy company where employees feel part of an extended family.
“Starship has always been about people first — our customers, our teams, and our partners,” said Kelly Rogers. “This leadership team represents decades of passion, dedication, and growth within our company. I’m incredibly proud to be working alongside leaders who truly understand our culture and who are deeply committed to taking Starship into its next era.”
Tiffany Hope Rogers
Executive Vice President
As Executive Vice President, Tiffany Hope Rogers oversees and supports Starship’s Vice President team while driving brand and marketing strategy, leadership alignment, private-label growth, and company-wide strategic planning. Working closely alongside Kelly, Tiffany translates executive vision into clear initiatives and communication that keeps the entire organization aligned, informed, and moving forward together.
With a Master’s degree in Social Work focused on Community Empowerment and Program Development, along with graduate certifications in Nonprofit Management and Health and Wellness Coaching, Tiffany brings a uniquely people-centered and research-driven approach to leadership. Before joining Starship, she worked in survey research and evaluation for government and higher-education grant programs, developing a strong foundation in data-informed decision-making.
Since joining Starship in September 2018 as a District Manager, Tiffany has quickly risen through the organization — becoming Vice President in December 2019 and Executive Vice President in April 2025. She is deeply passionate about pleasure-based education, inclusive leadership, and helping teams grow through clarity, purpose, and intentional change.
Richard Rogers
Vice President of Distribution & Partnerships
Richard Rogers now serves as Vice President of Distribution and Partnerships, overseeing purchasing, warehouse operations, and vendor relationships across the organization. A true “worked-his-way-up” leader, Richard began his Starship career in January 2007 at just 18 years old in an entry-level warehouse role. He quickly built expertise in purchase order cycles, vendor relationships, and category planning, becoming an Assistant Buyer in 2009, a Buyer in 2010, and Starship’s Lead Buyer later that same year.
After gaining additional industry experience outside the company, Richard returned to Starship in 2021 and, by 2024, had rounded out his purchasing experience across every major category — including pipes, the only department he had not previously overseen. Since returning, Richard has driven significant cost savings and improved purchasing performance, leading to his promotion to Purchasing Manager and then Vice President.
Known as an “Excel wizard” with a natural talent for relationship-building, Richard brings deep industry knowledge, strategic purchasing insight, and a collaborative, respectful leadership style that strengthens Starship’s vendor partnerships and internal operations alike.
Joseph Cheek
Vice President of Operations
Joseph “Joe” Cheek steps into the role of Vice President of Operations, overseeing all store operations and headquarters-level operational support across Starship. Joe began his career with Starship in 2008 as a store clerk and steadily rose through the ranks, becoming a Store Manager, District Manager in 2016, Lead District Manager in 2024, and now Vice President of Operations in January 2026.
Throughout his tenure, Joe has been instrumental in strengthening operational standards, improving store-level performance, and developing leaders through accountability, coaching, and behavior-based leadership development. His leadership style blends high expectations with genuine care for people, ensuring that performance improvements are both sustainable and culturally aligned.
Joe is widely respected for his calm, steady presence, reliability, and deep operational knowledge. In his new role, he will focus on advancing operational excellence, expanding leadership depth, and positioning Starship for long-term success.
Starship’s updated executive structure reflects one of the company’s proudest traditions: promoting from within and investing deeply in its people. Every member of the leadership team — from warehouse to sales floor to corporate strategy — has grown inside the organization, carrying Starship’s values into every decision.
Together, this diverse and highly experienced leadership team is focused on expanding Starship’s retail footprint, strengthening its private-label brands, deepening vendor partnerships, and continuing to elevate pleasure-based education across the Southeast.
As Starship looks toward the future, this team stands united around a simple belief: when you invest in people, build strong systems, and stay rooted in purpose, growth follows.
