This matters because it means that, slowly but surely, we’ll become a little bit more open to talking about such topics. In the past, we were reliant on a far more conservative entertainment industry to let us know what topics were ‘cool’ or ‘ok’ to chat about. Now, the internet defines a lot of this for some people.
