Group C launches its first interactive adult board game.
A new market within the adult entertainment world has opened up: after toys and lifelike dolls, there is now also room for board games. Games conceived and developed for the general public, without any hesitation to bring them into the home or to play them.
Group C, which previously released the high-quality board game VICE, has now succeeded in partnering with a major and well-known market leader to launch the very first interactive adult board game: the limited edition Woodman Casting X – The Game.
The game was conceived and developed after years of marketing research within the international adult entertainment industry.
One of the most cherished fantasies of adult content viewers—besides becoming a professional performer themselves—is to take on the role of a casting director, preferably for a well-known brand that works with both new faces and established stars.
Woodman has grown into the pioneer and most renowned casting director in the international adult entertainment world. In 2004, Pierre Woodman even received one million dollars from Hustler owner Larry Flynt (known from the Oliver Stone film The People vs. Larry Flynt, in which he was portrayed by Woody Harrelson) to release his castings on DVD under the label of the world-famous adult magazine Hustler.
He also appeared as himself in the film Yo Puta (The Life, also known as Whore) by Spanish director María Lidón, alongside Hollywood stars Denise Richards and Daryl Hannah.
Never before had a board game producer dared to invest in a casting-themed board game—until now.
With Woodman Casting X – The Game, Group C aims to make the dream of many men come true.
In addition, three well-known international adult performers lent their likenesses to the game: David Perry, Thomas Stone, and Alain Deloin. Under the direction of art director Kenny Wellens, they were transformed into playable characters.
The CEO of Group C emphasizes the following:
“Murder is illegal, theft is illegal, and carrying weapons is illegal. But turn it into a game and your name appears in all the media—and you might even win awards. Sex is legal, but turn it into a game and you are banned and cancelled by those same media.”
The board game will be released in September of this year. However, due to a post by Woodman on X (Twitter), demand has suddenly skyrocketed, making it possible to pre-order the board game as of today in Belgium, the Netherlands, Italy, France, Spain, Germany, the Czech Republic, Hungary, Austria, Portugal, Greece, Poland, Switzerland, Norway, and Denmark via www.playvice.shop.
