JustFor.fans Launches Fentanyl Test Strip Initiative to Combat Overdose Crisis
(Los Angeles, CA / May 19, 2025) – JustFor.fans (JFF) today announced the launch of a nationwide fentanyl test strip initiative, aimed at reducing overdose deaths by making harm reduction tools more widely accessible.
The adult social platform, well-known for its advocacy and community leadership, has manufactured 50,000 branded fentanyl test strips to be distributed to bars and nightlife venues across the country and made available at all JustFor.fans-sponsored events throughout the year.
“Our community is being decimated by fentanyl,” said JFF founder Dominic Ford. “I was at a memorial service for two young men a few months ago and kept wondering how can I be part of the solution, and my answer was to make testing strips widely available where they currently are not.”
While JustFor.fans is best known as a creator-first fan platform that empowers LGBTQ+ and independent adult creators, the company has long used its platform to advocate for marginalized voices and invest in real-world support. Past efforts include raising over $221,000 for trans organizations, sex worker advocacy groups and charities.
“JustFor.fans has always stood up for our community and tried to solve its problems, or at least be part of the solution,” Ford added. “If we can save anybody by making these test strips available, then it was worth it.”
Bars, venues or organizations interested in receiving test strips or learning more about the program are encouraged to reach out to the JFF team through the JustFor.fans website.
