(Los Angeles, CA / June 9, 2023) — After more than a decade in the business, Conor Coxxx, the industrious owner of top adult talent agency Coxxx Models, is opening up about the highs, lows and future prospects of entertainers in a highly competitive and ever-changing industry.

The Georgia born & bred onscreen performer and musician, who also launched Serenity Talent in 2021 to spotlight mainstream actors, models and musicians, says that the secret to his success has always been about his desire to create professional prospects and connections for himself and others.

“My whole journey has just been the outcome of following one opportunity to another. Right before I started the agency, I introduced some friends I had worked with on set to producers. One day, Psy from Brainwash Productions suggested I start an agency and he’d create my website for me. I had no clue if starting an agency would work or not, but was like ‘Sure, why not?’, and things slowly built up from there.”

While Coxxx admits that his professional challenges are “way more work than people would guess – the calls, texts and emails are constant and can be hard to physically difficult to keep up with no matter how committed you are, I would never have guessed how many life lessons can be learned through owning an agency.”

Coxxx explains that the fast-paced business “has taught me to use my time wisely, how to be calm in the storm, accept unexpected surprises that don’t work out as planned and move on, play situations out fully before acting prematurely and the value of investing in relationships with the people I work with. It can be a high anxiety job, but I am lucky to have a good temperament for it.”

His advice for new talent coming into the industry: “Be patient and do all you can to build up your name; you can’t necessarily control when companies hire you, but you can build your content and social media presence to put yourself in a better position, as well as focus on exercising, eating healthy and doing what you need to make your body look better and keep a positive frame of mind. You need to be ready to perform and you must be reliable!”

As for the future, Coxxx enthuses, “I am excited to continue Coxxx Models, as I know our potential has not yet been fully realized, our expansion into the mainstream entertainment industry, as I expect adult/mainstream to merge more in the future, and I look forward to producing more great porn for the companies I shoot for, as well as my own productions with ConorCoxxx.com.
