With a title like this, some of you know what to expect. Some Like It Hot is a fantastic movie with all kinds of potential sexual parody angles. In this case we have a couple of guys on the run from the mob who have to dress as women to work at a special club. The rest of the workers are tans so there are all kinds of possible hijinks. Of course that could lead to some very problematic humor and the filmmakers play it very safe in that regard. We still get the basic story with Dante Colle and Lance Hart going undercover in a club where the clientele enjoy more than just a dance with the staff. (See, there is one right there,) The sex is pretty straightforward stuff with trans performers hooking up with Dante, Lance, Mason and Draven. Aubrey Kate is the star of this movie, playing the Marilyn Monroe role. As such, Aubrey gets scenes with both Dante and Lance to close out the movie. There is not a lot done with any of the characters, but there is probably enough link to the source material to have some fantasy fulfillment value.
