Post V-Day, New Interview & Sports Nonsense
Post V-Day: I hope you had a nice day yesterday. Thanks to everyone for the Valentine’s Day wishes. Thank you especially to all of the lovely porn women who were kind enough to remind me to give Mrs. Rog extra love. I did it for you, honestly. It wasn’t one of those romantic jewelry and candlelight V-Days around here, but I got a couple of things I really wanted. I got some portable partitions for the garage so I can open it without worrying about our neighbors standing outside and staring at a pile of porn and sex toys. Sports Nonsense: So much going on and none of it on the field. After sitting through that mess with Clemens this week, now we get the post game whining. Is Rocket upset? How about his ex-trainer? How about that fucking moustache for starters? On the other side of the aisle, Sen Specter (R-PA) met with the NFL and has decided to keep the investigation going. Why? Because he didn’t buy the NFL’s explanation as to why they punished the Patriots before seeing all of their tapes and notes. Hey Senator, how about this. They admitted to breaking the rules so the NFL didn’t really need the evidence. Better yet, how about if you explain why a LAW maker should be worried about an NFL team breaking the RULES of their sport. Isn’t that kind of like a traffic cop writing a parking ticket when an NBA center camps out in the paint for more than three seconds? With all that going on, it almost makes the rest of the nonsense not seem so bad. What’s a player blocking a trade, Kobe’s little finger and a typo that had ESPN reporting that Bonds tested dirty in 2002 compared to Congress angry over politeness and wasting money on things that don’t concern them.
