DomCon, the World’s Fair of Pleasure and Pain Comes to LA

Domcon Los Angeles [http://www.DomConLA.com], the world’s premier professional and lifestyle domination convention opens this week at the Hilton LAX. The event starts off Wednesday, May 13 with two days of industry only seminars sponsored by Kink.com for professional dominants, switches and submissives. Then, the event spreads wide to the BDSM community with an exhibition of the latest fetish gear, classes, parties and more.
May 13-14 DomCon will feature industry only seminars, sponsored by Kink.com Subjects this year include client negotiation, video production, retirement planning, branding, and of course legal and safety classes. Both nights feature socials for networking and relaxation.
May 15-17, DomCon opens to the kinky public at large. Attendees at the exhibition hall can expect to see latex fetish clothing, novelties, leather products, BDSM gear, erotic jewelry, video, artwork, and much more.
Those from curious to advanced can find over 50 shades of classes and presentations in BDSM at DomCon. Communication in BDSM relationships, chain bondage, electric stimulation, and knife play are just a taste of the topics this year. Very popular is also the DomCon-nection, a speed dating event to help attendees meet.
What really sets DomCon apart from other adult conventions is the interactive events and parties with participation from attendees. DomCon hosts the Mr. and Mrs. Olympus Leather contest. There’s a human pet show, cross-dresser’s pageant, and the Mistresses Tea. Friday and Satuday feature play parties at Sanctuary LAX, sponsored by AVN. Both parties include a free shuttle from the convention to Sanctuary.
