Notes & More AVN Noms
Mid-Week Don’t look now folks, but the holidays are right around the corner. Time to hit the malls or pound your favorite web sites to buy gifts for everyone you know. I’ve been going over my list and wondering when I will dare to head over to the local shopping center. I wonder if it would be in poor taste to give out porn as gifts this year?
Eye Candy: In honor of the super hot co-eds I have seen in denim this year at USC games, here is Sexy Little Cat Young Rocking the Denim.
C’s vs. Nets: I was watching the Celtic games last night and saw the young C’s fall apart in the fourth quarter again. They seem to be right there on the edge in every game and come up short. As I was watching I couldn’t help but marvel at how good Jason Kidd really is. He’s a wife-beating douche-bag who would lose a battle of wits with a bucket of rocks, but he’s a pretty good point guard. How hell did that guy get into Cal? I’m guessing he misspelled his own name on the entrance exam. No one ever said you had to be a genius to play in the NBA or knock your wife around, right JKidd?
Eye Candy: What the world needs now is More Kat Young.
Toy Review: Our resident toy reviewer Savana Switzer has been hard at work with the Teddi Tickler Kit. Though it didn’t exactly hit her in all the right spots, the review is funny as hell. Eye Candy: OK, so I’m obsessing today, sue me. Kat Young Still Looks Good in Demin. Check out those nipples.
AVN Noms: Actresses. Same thing applies here that I said about the actor nods. Would we loose a lot by folding the Film noms into the Video category? This is also a division that poses a serious question. Is one of these awards more prestigious than the other? Just asking.

Both Janine and Jessica were excellent in their roles. I’ve got To Die For here and any move with two nominees for lead actress has to be interesting. They might split the vote. If I had to bet at this point I would be on Jessica and that would be a fine choice.

Violet Blue, Wonderland, Cal Vista/Metro (My Review)Whew, there are a LOT of names on this list. I’ve seen most of them so I can take a serious look. Violet was really good in Wonderland. I had her down for a nom from the moment I saw that movie. Sunny is really good in Sex Pix (Reviewing coming soon). Linda Roberts is a new woman who did a really nice job as well. Joanna Angel was really funny in Joanna’s Angels 2. She might be a dark horse here. If I were going to bet though, I would pick Hillary Scott. She was very good in Corruption, but was also really good in Britney Rears 3 for which she wasn’t nominated. I loved Austyn in Tailgunners, but that had as much to do with her sex scenes are her acting and that isn’t really what this award is about. Bet on Hillary, but don’t be shocked if Bella, Sunny or Violet win it.
