Adult Novelty Manufacturer Promotes
2 Key Employees
Chino, California ” California Exotic Novelties, the world’s leading manufacturer of Adult Toys and Novelties, announced today the promotion of two key employees, Lupe Martinez and Tristi DeGooyer.
Martinez, who’s been a recognizable figure in the Sales Department since her arrival in 2002, now will be wearing two hats as the Director of Educational Training and Special Events Coordinator. “I couldn’t be happier,” exclaimed Martinez. “I’m looking forward to the challenges and responsibilities that my new positions will bring.”
As the Director of Educational Training, Martinez will be working hand-in-hand with Distributors and Retailers, ensuring that they have all of the marketing and promotional materials needed to effectively sell California Exotic Novelties’ products. As the Special Events Coordinator, Martinez will be responsible for all of the company’s Trade Show and Special Event appearances.
DeGooyer, who has been with California Exotic Novelties for ten years, has been rewarded for her commitment and dedication with a new position as the company’s Manager of Business Development and Head of the New Product’s Division. As the Manager of Business Development, DeGooyer will be addressing the growing needs of the company’s customer base and managing the Private Label division. “It’s all so exciting,” said DeGooyer. “I’m thrilled to be working on building new alliances and maintaining our existing relationships, while maintaining a hands-on involvement in the design and development of new products.”
