Adult DVD Empire Launches 2257 Sale

Warrendale, PA (July 21, 2005) – Due to the new 2257 Regulation, Adult DVD Empire was forced to remove thousands of box covers and screenshots from its award winning website last month.

In an effort to counteract the frustration experienced by customers browsing restricted titles, Adult DVD Empire has launched a 2257 Sale. The sale is populated by titles that are missing a box cover image. To keep with the theme of the new 2257 Regulation, all titles with restricted box covers have been marked down 22.57% from their normal retail price.

“This new regulation has been frustrating for everyone in this industry,” commented Mike Barry Director of Adult Operations for the Empire. “We wanted to do something to reward our loyal customers and highlight the absurdity of this situation. So we came up with this sale and have already received numerous supportive emails from customers and colleagues.”

The sale includes titles from all studios and genres and ends Monday August 1st, 2005.
