29th Annual XRCO Awards Hall & Fame Inductees

( HOLLYWOOD, CA ) — The Supperclub in Hollywood played host to the 29th annual XRCO Awards on Thursday night. It was the first time the event was held in this venue, but the new atmosphere still held plenty of familiarity. Legendary perv Ed Powers hosted the event highlighted by big wins from some of XXX’s heaviest hitters as well as an unexpected visit from Ron Jeremy.

On a night when John Stagliano’s classic “Fashionistas” was inducted into the Hall of Fame, his latest effort “Voracious: The First Season” took home top honors as “Best Epic.”

Elegant Angel’s “Wasteland” was named “Best Release” and also helped its star and director take home some hardware. Graham Travis was named “Best Director Features” while one of “Wasteland’s” leading ladies, Lily Carter took home “Best Actress” honors.

Axel Braun was named “Best Director (Parody)” and two of his XXX spoofs were also awarded. The massively successful “Star Wars XXX” took home the trophy in the comedy category while his super hero cross over “Superman vs. Spider-Man XXX” won in the comic category.

Asa Akira continued her fantastic awards run with two more wins. “Asa Akira is Insatiable 3” was named “Best Gonzo Movie” and Asa also walked away with the evening’s top honors by being named “Female Performer of the Year.”
