This is a nice little movie that is part comedy/part drama and all sex. Brad Armstrong directs himself as a guy with a broken heart, a room for rent and a rule against banging roommates. Kirsten Price moves in and instantly puts that rule to the test. She is great looking and has a habit of banging anyone she takes a liking to.
