VCA TO RELEASE THEIR FIRST ADULT MUSICAL: MISTY BEETHOVEN: THE MUSICAL

Almost thirty years ago, during the Golden Age of Porn, Henry Paris made a movie called the Opening of Misty Beethoven. Whereas Deep Throat was essentially a poorly made skin flick with a great gimmick, Misty was that rarest of erotic breeds: A work of cinematic beauty that also delivered in the sex department. Veteran performer and director Veronica Hart has re-envisioned the classic tale of Misty in a manner that not even Henry Paris himself would have imagined: As a musical. In June VCA will be launching a radio campaign to garner airplay of the “Misty” soundtrack to attain exposure through station morning shows coast to coast. On July 27, 2004 the CD soundtrack will be released separately on Reality Entertainment and distributed by Caroline Distribution to every major music retailer coast to coast as well as through web outlets such as I-tunes.
