INTERVIEW: Memphis Monroe

Okay, we are here at the Pink Visual Booth with?

Memphis Monroe.

Former Hustler contract girl, right?

Yes.

Now, you're out on your own?

Yes! I'm independent. (She laughs) And working a lot.

Do you like being independent and working more?

Oh yeah. It opens up a lot more opportunities. I enjoy it better, but I am still looking for a contract. Anybody out there listening want to contract me? Call me! (She laughs)

So, you'll do the independent thing for a while, but you wouldn't mind doing another contract.

Yeah.

So, again, anybody listening…

They both have their benefits and disadvantages.

It's good to get your name out there, a little bit.

Yeah, it is.

When did you get into the business?

I got into the business when I was 19, and I'll be 23 soon. So, about three years ago.

And how did that happen?

Basically, I was doing a lot of nude modeling, and people started contacting me and telling me to come out and how much money I could make. (She laughs) That's the go-getter. That's what everyone comes out for. So I came out, and I just fell in love with the industry. I've been here ever since.

Do you remember your first scene?

I do! It was for Peter North. Actually, it was weird. The video just came out this past year, I think.

So, about how many movies have you done?

I would say about 90.

Any favorites?

Actually, I just saw one with Stormy Daniels for 'The Predator 2,' and I have to say, that was by far my best.

Was it just you and Stormy together?

It was me and Stormy and Gianna Lynn.

I just talked to Gianna Lynn.

Yeah, she's a hottie! And she's sweet, too.

So you got to work with Stormy.

Stormy, yeah! I was so excited. She wrote a script for me! I'm going to be doing a movie in February.

Okay. And how tall are you?

I am 5'5.

And measurements?

I am 36, 26, 36.

Natural?

No. I was!

You were natural.

These are my new addition. (She laughs)

These are new. When did you get these?

I got these in September.

And why?

Basically, I was starting to lose weight, and they were starting to deflate. There was no fullness to them.

Well, I'm sure they are wonderful. They were wonderful before.

Oh yeah! (She laughs)

Good. Any favorite guys to work with?

I like working with Evan Stone, Tommy Gunn, and a new one, Erik Everhard! I just worked with him and he was fun.

What makes those guys special?

I think it's just the chemistry. We have really good chemistry and then our scenes are really good on film.

How about favorite girls?

Favorite girls? Of course Stormy! And Gianna Lynn. Who else do I like? Oh, Eva Angelina. And I worked with Jesse Jane.

How was that?

It was good! She was a ball of fire. (She laughs) But she was fun. I love it. She's a sweetheart.

Do you like girls off-camera as well?

Oh yeah.

Okay. My website has been up for about eight months now and it's doing pretty good. Yeah.

Yeah! It's doing pretty well.

All of my content was exclusive. There are a few things that aren't, but I would say it's 90 percent exclusive that you can't get anywhere else. I do monthly chats and video cam shows. There's a lot of fun things! I update my diary every day. And now that I'm going to have a video camera following me around the AVN and when I go on the road feature dancing, so there will be a lot of personal videos, too.

Okay. Since we're at the Pink Visuals Booth, what movies can we find of you with Pink Visual?

I know on here they have 'Her First Lesbian Sex, Volume 6.'

It looks like you were in two of them.

Yeah, I was. I don't know the other names.

And in that scene, were you the girl having the first lesbian sex?

No. I was taking advantage of her. Everybody knows it's not my first time! (She laughs)

So you got two fresh girls broken in?

Yup.

Do you remember who they were?

Actually, I think it was me and Lexie Lamour doing one with Jailynn. Who is the really cute young redhead girl? She's only like 18 or 19. I can't think of her name. But I did one with her.

What kind of girls do you like?

I like sweet and innocent girls, because I like taking advantage of them.

You look sweet and innocent though.

But I'm not. (She laughs)

Where are you from?

Kentucky. Louisville.

(She laughs) He was asking me my favorite guys to work with and I said, 'Just recently, Erik!'

EE: Mmm, I love you.

(She laughs)

Anything else you want to talk about? When did you start the website?

I think I launched in March of 07.

And have you been involved with it from the beginning?

Oh yeah, very involved in it. Shooting for it constantly, updating it, editing it. I update it twice a week, so that's good. I've been feature dancing a lot lately, too.

Do you like feature dancing?

I love it.

What's the best part?

I love to see my fans, and I love dancing. I love getting dressed up glamorous and putting on a show. I actually dance back home when I'm not working at a local club.

All right. Do you like dancing better than performing for movies?

I don't know. I probably like performing better, but after I make the money I like feature dancing. Like, before then, I'm thinking 'I hate feature dancing' and then by the end I'm like, 'I love feature dancing!' (She laughs)

Where are the best clubs in America for dancing?

I would have to say New York and Club Rouge. I did really well there. If I had to pick another place, I'd say Miami or Atlanta. Oh, and Vegas, of course.
