This is another personal podcast. As my son prepares for freshman basketball tryouts, I have a good and bad parenting moment. The bad…the fear I feel that he might feel as I did 35 years ago when I was cut from the team. The good….the hope that he comes out of the experience unscathed either way.

This podcast is completely personal and not at all related to the business. You have been warned. As most of you know by now, my mother is living with Alzheimer’s and currently living with my wife, sons and I. I have used Facebook as an outlet to vent some of the issues that have come up and talk about the disease. This is the first time I have talked about it in a podcast. It’s a bit sappy and as the title would suggest revolves around the Jim Croce song “Time in a Bottle.”
We will get into further details about the upcoming AVN Award nominations, but this first one is all about the changing categories, AVN keeping up with the times and my initial thoughts on the BBW Performer being removed and re-catagorized.
