About the Author

Roger T. Pipe

It started as a cure for writers block. I was working on some other projects and would come home every night and write in a journal as a warm up. One day, I was reading and found some reviews of porn flicks. I've always loved movies and porn, so I decided to review some tapes form my personal porn collection. I wrote a review, found that I liked it and posted it to asm. The feedback was positive and I just kept writing. I found it a great way to get me started each day, writing about something I enjoyed and pretty soon, people were asking me to review their films and work on a web site. The rest, as they say, is history.

When I wrote my Michael Jackson Wrap Up I invited other comments and as I expected, I got a few good ones. James wrote in with a few that are worth sharing.

James Writes:

Thanks for say some kind things about my earlier letter concerning MJ.

I’ve read your article tonight abouit MJ. I think I agree with you completely. I enjoyed his music, but it was hard for me not to think of him as you said “a monster.” We may never know the truth, but he truely looked like a monster, and sounded like a monster and his actions were, I believe, of a monster. What is that old saying about a duck!!!!!!!!!

Those that loved him or loved his music have every right to go to his memorial service and pay homage to him as they wish. I agree with you “I’d rather work”

I will always remember his music, and I want to forget everything else. We honor famous people, we sometime honor famour people that are not honorable. I don’t know the facts about MJ, but all in all I’d rather work!!!!

Good luck and keep working. I enjoy your articles but I do miss the monthly pipline.

Thanks James. Great thoughts as usual. I can’t blame people for still enjoying MJ’s music. And you’re right, we will never know for sure what happened with those children. I’m not upset that I skipped the memorial to work. I think it was a better use of my time. As for the monthly Pipeline, do you really miss it? Once I started doing the daily news stuff it just became a recap of that. Maybe I’ll give it a look again.
