And the nominees are…..

2008 was a great year for the Fan Faves Awards and as the voting winds down I am proud to announce the 2008 RogReviews.com Critic’s Choice Nominees. For the ninth year in a row, the crack editorial staff at RogReviews.com has poured over literally thousands of hours of adult material to determine the very best that this year had to offer.
The best performers, directors and movies will once again be honored with the coveted diamond shape thingie that is the RRCC trophy. Winners for this year’s RRCC will be announced on Wednesday January 7th at the Adult Entertainment Expo. Trophies will be passed out on the floor of the AEE show. So if you are nominated, let me know where you are going to be at the show so I can find you should you win. I will also be in booth 3095 with FreeAudioXXX.com so you can come by and pick up your trophy, do an interview in a quiet booth and enter their 1000 best O contest.

The categories are the same as they have been for a few years. There are no women in both Best Female and Best Newbie category. That seems to be working well, but it may change if someone is just too dominant to ignore. The movie categories sometimes mess people up and I admit, they are a bit hazy. I’m not ready break things down into fifty sub-categories, so for now it is All-Sex and Feature. If anyone wants to discuss the placement of certain moves, we can make that a topic of discussion.

As I did last year, I’ve got a thread started for people to predict the winners. (RogReviews Forum) If someone can get 100% we’ll come up with a prize for them.

That’s about it. I’m going to be putting up a page dedicated to the nominees this year so if anyone nominated for an award wants to make a comment, please email me. I’ll include it in the page. (And if you know someone who is nominated let them know.)
