The Adonis (penis) Pump manufactured by California Exotic Novelties is a suction device. The device is used to either masturbate, give the penis extra length, or used before sex to enhance male performance.

Not much is needed to operate it, however lube is a requirement. My advice is to overdo it with the lube as you really can’t have too much. If there is barely enough use of this product can be a painful experience resulting in an uncomfortable tugging of the skin.

Design wise this is a large hard plastic tube, with a textured sleeve inside that can also be taken out and used as a masturbation tool on its own. The handle is great for gripping, much better than the other pumps I’ve used with the squeeze-ball grip. Unlike other pumps, I have no problem using this handle with a lubed up hand. The push button valve to let the air out is standard.

Using the pump was a good experience. The suction was better than average, with a few pumps it became very tight. The suction remained intact until I took it off or walked around. Walking around caused the base to become loose but that is again standard.

The box advertises this Adonis pump as “Pump of the Year” according to American Pumpers Association.

I was unaware of the American Pumpers Association, and a quick Google didn’t find them either. I am not sure if this is marketing or a real association I couldn’t find more information on. I don’t know if I would rate it “Pump of the Year” but it was an above average pump. The handle and suction are its pros. The cons are the uncomfortable sleeves it comes with.
