At first glance this looks like one of those cool flashlight toy things with a sleek metal case, soft, tight opening and long shaft. There is a whole lot more going on inside thought.

Inside the unit is a powerful, two speed thrust generator that provides gentle (and not as gentle) sucking action. It is basically a hands-free masturbator that provides a tight fight and good stroke action.

The design on the Xtreme Head Exciter is excellent. There is a hand strap on the outside to make it easy to hold even if things get a little slippery. As with any toy of this nature, lube is a must so the handle really helps. The control button is also perfectly located and big enough to make it easy to adjust the speed of the thrusts. It’s funny how something as simple as the placement of a button or the texture of a handle can make a difference, but it does here. The inner sleeve is easily removable for convenient clean up.

Overall this is a well designed device with a comfortable sleeve, effective sucking action and user-friendly design. If you prefer to have your toys do the work rather than thrusting away, then this is an excellent choice.
