It started as a cure for writers block. I was working on some other projects and would come home every night and write in a journal as a warm up. One day, I was reading alt.sex.movies and found some reviews of porn flicks. I've always loved movies and porn, so I decided to review some tapes form my personal porn collection. I wrote a review, found that I liked it and posted it to asm. The feedback was positive and I just kept writing. I found it a great way to get me started each day, writing about something I enjoyed and pretty soon, people were asking me to review their films and work on a web site. The rest, as they say, is history.

METRO ENTERTAINMENT ANNOUNCES NEW NATIONAL PUBLICATION

(HOLLYWOOD, CA) Adult conglomerate Metro Entertainment begins the new year by announcing the merging of two divisions; Metro Publications, the International Magazine division, and Traffik Media Group, Metro’s newsstand division resulting in the launch of DVD Buzz.

DVD Buzz is a new monthly magazine that has expanded on and taken the place of Mixxxed Media Magazine, which was previously Metro’s free publication handed out through its affiliated retail establishments and northeast area retail customer base. Metro will continue its free store handout with DVD Buzz and will create an expanded version to be distributed on newsstands and bookstores in the United States and Canada in May 2006 through Curtis International Distributors.

DVD Buzz will be a nationally distributed consumer-based monthly publication featuring full color, high quality glossy pages. The monthly review guide will showcase the adult entertainment industry with a main focus on adult stars, photo layouts, porn star biographies, adult activities, novelties and of course adult DVDs.

The launch of DVD Buzz will take place at the January 2006 AVN show in Las Vegas where thousands will be given away to attendees. The initial print run exceeds 180,000 and is expected to be a great advertising tool that will reach consumers specifically interested in adult entertainment making them aware of the many new products being released.

Bruno Hazen has been appointed Vice President to head this new division.
